This is some important information you need to have ahead of your mini session.

  •  The arboretum is pretty big, so please look up the location ahead of time and try to arrive at least 20 minutes before your session time. Chances are the parking will be busy or the walk to the specific location might be long.

  • Please choose your preferred location within the arboretum to have your photoshoot done. You can only choose one. Here are your options:

    1. The Zoo Garden, which faces the Quarters. Please see the map here. If you zoom in in the brochure document it is the area between numbers 3, 4, and 6.

    2. The intersection between Tuleyries Lane and Cedars of Lebanon. There is a parking space nearby, but it has limited space.

    3. The Ginko Grove, which will be at its peak for its famous yellow leaves.

      • The parking lot near the Ginko Grove is reserved for people with disabilities. Consider this as it means you will have to walk from the nearest available parking lot to this spot. I estimate in the worst-case scenario the walk might take you 15-20min.

      • Please know that there will be a lot of small fallen fruit from the trees. This means when you are back in your car the smell of your shoes will be pretty bad. I suggest you bring a bag to put all shoes inside for the ride home. It also means that if you want any photos of the family sitting down on the ground, it might be a good idea to bring a blanket to avoid getting your clothes dirty.
